No Refund Policy:
 Refunds will not be provided under any circumstances unless Dav Develop is unable to complete the project due to our own shortcomings. Clients acknowledge this policy before proceeding with any service.

Revision Policy: 
Each project includes (3) free revisions unless you have the premium plan you have (5) free revisions. Additional revisions will incur a fee, determined by the complexity and time required.

Creative Design Fee: 
If you choose not to provide a reference website or specific design guidelines and prefer for me to create a design entirely based on my creative direction, an additional $250 fee will apply. This fee is non-refundable.

Order Communication Policy: 
Clients are required to respond to all requests, questions, or clarifications made by Dav Develop within three (3) chances or a maximum of seven (7) days. Failure to do so will result in project termination without refund.

Service Description Acknowledgment Policy: 
Clients must fully acknowledge and agree to the detailed service description provided at the start of the project. Any additional requests outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

Restarting Services Policy: 
Projects paused for more than ten (10) days without prior agreement will require full repayment of service fees to restart

Project Finalization Policy: 
Once a project is marked as complete and approved by the client, any further modifications will be considered a new service request and charged accordingly.

Design Sharing Policy:
 Dav Develop reserves the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio, marketing materials, or social media platforms unless explicitly requested otherwise by the client in writing. 

Turnaround Time Policy: 
Turnaround times will be discussed and agreed upon at the start of the project. Delays caused by the client, such as late responses or incomplete information, will extend the delivery timeline.
 
Payment Authorization Policy:
 All payments must be authorized and made in accordance with the agreed-upon terms. Services will not begin until the initial payment is received. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension.

Force Majeure Policy:
Delays or inability to complete a project due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, technical failures) will be communicated promptly, and alternative solutions will be discussed.

Intellectual Property Policy:
Once the full payment is made, the final designs and deliverables are yours to own. However, Dav Develop reserves the right to keep and use early sketches, drafts, or concepts from the project for future inspiration or work. The finalized product, however, is exclusively your property and will not be reused or shared.

Acknowledgment and Agreement: 
Clients must sign or provide electronic acknowledgment of these policies before any work begins.

Termination Policy:
Dav Develop reserves the right to terminate any project due to unprofessionalism, harassment, or non-compliance with these policies.

Privacy Policy:
Dav Develop ensures that all client information and project details remain confidential.

Agreement Acceptance Policy:
By making a payment or providing written or verbal confirmation, clients agree to all outlined terms and conditions of Dav Develop.
